You arrange the session to suit your needs with the instructor. More information is available <a href=\"https:\/\/lewisham.gov.uk\/myservices\/roads-and-transport\/cycling\/free-cycle-lessons\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">her<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">e<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In addition Lewisham Cyclists can offer a short follow-up session with a qualified instructor. We would appreciate a donation to our funds for this service as we are a charity and all of us are volunteers. For people in work we would suggest around \u00a35 &#8211; \u00a325 for the session, depending on personal circumstances. If you want any further sessions beyond this they will be chargeable and can be arranged directly with the cycle instructor on the follow-up session.<\/p>\n<p>We also offer route advice, especially for those who want to try riding to work. We can arrange to accompany you on your first commute, too.
