You can <a href=\"mailto:lewishamcyclists@gmail.com\">tell us<\/a> directly about junctions you have bad (or good) experiences with or create an issue on <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"cyclescape (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclescape.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">cyclescape<\/a> which we monitor regularly and use when talking to councillors. <br><br>Below are some critical Lewisham junctions that we have been campaigning on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Catford Gyratory &#8211; the Lewisham Mayor announced in 2017 that this gyratory is going to be removed and the South Circular re-routed south of Laurence House to a new junction with the A21 Bromley Rd. LC are actively involved in discussions with the Catford Masterplanners to ensure the new road infrastructure provides protected space for cyclists.<\/li><li>Other &#8216;gyratorys&#8217; e.g. Bell Green, New Cross. We believe these gyratorys should be removed and will continue to campaign for that. <\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/deptford-bridge-junction-campaigning-update\/\">Deptford Bridge<\/a><\/li><li>Lewisham Gateway: <a href=\"https:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/lewisham-gateway-whats-happening\/\">Jan 2014<\/a> ; <a href=\"https:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/lewisham-gateway-a-new-junction-fit-for-the-21st-century\/\">Oct 2015<\/a> ; <a href=\"https:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/lewisham-gateway-h-road-junction-october-2016-meeting-with-tflmuselbl\/\">Nov 2016 <\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/up-the-junction-depressing-saga-of-vested-interests-not-listening\/\">Dec 2016; <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Lewisham-Gateway-letter-20181017.pdf\">Oct 2018<\/a><\/li><li>Deals Gateway (see below). Although this junction has now been rectified with a separate traffic light phase for Deal&#8217;s Gateway it is a salutary lesson as to how dangerous junctions can be if badly designed.<\/li><li>Trundley&#8217;s Road junction improvements (see Quietways)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deals Gateway<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve <a href=\"http:\/\/lewishamcyclists.org.uk\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=6263&amp;action=edit\">responded<\/a> to TfL&#8217;s latest consultation.
